Each individual product has a minimum order quantity for bespoke pieces. This quantity is based on a number of factors including materials, set up costs, quantities, design and labour, each minimum order quantity is 200litres. Some products will be available in bespoke designs as a one off due to their large size where as smaller products may have high minimum quantities.

As we manufacture all of our products in-house, we boast quick turnaround times for all of our bespoke pieces. However, much like the cost, the lead time is dependent on factors such as complexity and quantity. Our lead times range from a one week turn around to up to two weeks for more complex large volume orders.

Whilst we will always do our best to work towards your budget, bespoke items can be more expensive than our standard off the shelf products. The price mostly depends on the quantity, complexity, the materials and labour costs.

If you are looking for a completely bespoke product rather than a customised size or colour of one of our items, we do ask that you provide us with as much information as possible with what it is you are looking for. From this, our research and design team will be able to work with you to develop your product to meet your brand needs.

The stock colours are red, orange, green, yellow, purple, blue, fluorescent pink and fluorescent yellow. We can special order if required.

Shampoos: 24 months Balms: 12 months Waxes: 24 months All our products are made to order so they will have the maximum shelf life when you receive them.

We have a comprehensive list of ingredients where you can select which ones you would like added to a product. If you select something that we don’t think will work well, we will let you know. Also, if you would like help in deciding which ingredients to add, please get in touch and we will be very happy to help. Many of our customers don’t add anything to our standard product range but if you would like to create a bespoke range, we recommend adding no more than colours or scent as additional ingredients to each product.

We offer a pre-packaged range of products where we manage everything end to end and you will receive your own-branded labelled products, ready for sale. If you would like more flexibility on what packaging you would like then with our bespoke service you can send your packaging directly to us for filling or we can help support and advise.

For orders up to £1000, the packaging and shipping cost is charged at cost if being shipped to Mainland UK. For orders over £1000, the cost will depend on the order and shipping method . For international orders, customers can contact us for a quote or arrange their own courier service.

Absolutely! We take great pride in the fact that all of our waxes are made exclusively by us from beginning to end. From our secret "recipes" in the scents, to our 100% Carnauba wax, we hand pour each and every wax.
